1. Acceptance of the Contract

Upon purchase of the tour package, this agreement becomes binding between the purchaser and AXF. Acceptance is confirmed upon AXF's receipt of the deposit. By submitting payment, the purchaser agrees to the terms outlined and confirms the itinerary for trips conducted in the Rio Negro and/or the Amazon Basin, Brazil.

3. Reservations and Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot. Early bookings secure preferred travel dates. Final payment is due 90 days before departure. Payments can be made via check, money order, or bank wire transfer. Credit card payments incur a 4% transaction fee.

4. Participation

Guests must select trips that align with their health and interests. AXF reserves the right to remove individuals disrupting group dynamics without a refund.

5. Package Pricing

Package prices include prepaid services as listed in the official "Price List." Rates may change due to fluctuating fuel costs, operational expenses, and exchange rates. Prices apply only to the current season; future trips may have updated rates.

6. Cancellation Policy

All deposits and payments are non-refundable. However, cancellations made at least 120 days before departure may apply payments toward a future trip. AXF strongly recommends medical and travel insurance, including Trip Interruption Coverage.

7. Refunds

Discounted rates are non-refundable. Guests who cancel can transfer their spot to a replacement participant. No refunds are provided for unused services or itinerary changes.

8. Airline/Airfare Considerations

AXF is not liable for delays, missed trips, or transfer issues caused by airlines. Guests are responsible for all expenses related to unforeseen travel interruptions.

9. Use of Images and Media

By participating in a trip, you grant AXF the right to use images and videos captured during the trip for promotional purposes.

10. Itinerary Changes

AXF reserves the right to adjust services due to unforeseen circumstances. Trips with insufficient sign-ups may be rescheduled, with credits applied to a future trip.

11. Warranty Disclaimer

AXF does not guarantee optimal conditions, such as weather, water levels, or fishing success. Guests accept associated risks, including variable weather and fishing conditions. AXF monitors conditions closely and provides updates, but guests should assess their comfort with potential uncertainties before booking.

12. Release of Liability

Participants release AXF and its affiliates from liability for injuries, illnesses, or fatalities during the trip. AXF acts as an agent in transportation matters, with liability limited to the terms of airline and accommodation contracts. E-Vac insurance is highly recommended for all participants.

13. Governing Law and Venue

This agreement is governed by the laws of Amazonas State, Brazil. Any legal disputes must be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Manaus, Amazonas, Brazil.
